If there’s one thing Dubai never fails to deliver, it’s a perfect blend of luxury, flavor, and late-night city energy. This weekend felt exactly like that, a little golden, a little glamorous, and very Dubai.
📍 Gevora Hotel – The Golden Icon

Standing tall on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Gevora Hotel glowed like a skyscraper dipped in gold. Seeing it up close is a whole aesthetic moment, especially when the evening lights hit the crown of the tower. It feels like the city’s saying “Welcome back” with a sparkle.
🍽️ Dinner at Mateen’s

After soaking in the skyline, we headed to Mateen’s, and honestly… 10/10 comfort food. From creamy starters to spicy bites and that tall mango drink that tasted like summer in a glass, everything was a vibe.

The interiors were warm and modern, perfect for setting the mood for a slow dinner after a long day. And yes, I may have clicked photos of the food before eating. It was worth the delay.
💛 The Dubai Feeling
Some nights in Dubai just feel different, the lights, the luxury, the energy, the food… everything comes together in the most effortless way. This was one of those nights.
